It is Hollingsworth & Vose's philosophy to design the media to suit the product.

We have the flexibility to manufacture exactly what the customer requires. This customer orientated approach has promoted a lot of new product innovation.

We work in partnership with our customers to optimise Technostat to better suit the individual products in which the media is used.

Two recent successes of our collaboration with customers are :

• the introduction of lighter density Technostat grades to meet increasingly more stringent air flow requirements in HVAC applications.
• introduction of high density Technostat grades to enhance dust holding capacity in certain applications and give enhanced processing in the production of moulded respirator products.

Recently we have developed a number of new Technostat variants to satisfy different market demands.

For North America we've developed a range of materials to satisfy the new NIOSH respirator regulations.
In Europe our new range of media's comply to both the solid and liquid filtration requirements in EN respirator standards.
