CAPOFILTER PRODUCTION

Capofilter is an electrostatically charged non-woven air filtration material manufactured from a blend of Merino wool and Modified Gum Resin.

The production process involves converting wool fibres into a batt via a textile card.

For each of our customers' respirator formats, the carded web is then cut into pads and weighed to a specification.
